As much as we would like to welcome you physically, we are bound by the quarantine safety protocols. Nevertheless, we would like to send you a welcome kit containing your basic essential needs as we help you prepare for Academic Year 2020-2021.
Note: The charge for the welcome kit is excluded from the tuition fee.
For your shirt size, please refer to the measurements below:
For your ID picture, simply follow the mechanics for visa application such as:
- Colored (no black and white please)
- Recent (preferably taken within the last 6 months)
- No shadows.
- Taken with a plain white background.
Note: Please wear a white round neck shirt.
For your signature, please follow the simple steps below:
- Get 1/4 sheet of bond paper.
- Affix your signature on the bond paper using black pen.
- Scan or take a photo of the signed bond paper.
- Upload the scanned copy of the signature in the Order Form.
